ATL DOC - Atlanta Documentary Film Festival (aka Atlanta Docufest) is where real stories get the attention they deserve. For nearly twenty five years, ATL DOC has screened documentaries from new and established filmmakers who want their work seen, discussed, and taken seriously. We look for films that spark conversation, highlight overlooked voices, and show a clear point of view.

If you’re submitting, you can expect a fair review process, direct communication, and a packed room of people who care about nonfiction film. We accept short and feature length work, student films, local stories, experimental nonfiction, and anything that pushes the form forward. If your film has something real to say, this is the place to say it.
